Design, develop, and refine digital products such as the HORUS 360º iOMS Offender Management System.
User Research
Conduct user research to understand client needs and incorporate feedback into product development.
Product Roadmap
Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our Criminal Justice Digital Transformation Team. This professional will oversee the project management and implementation of the HORUS 360º iOMS Offender Management System in multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to client requirements, and effective team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Lead project kick-off meetings and define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, correctional institutions, and internal teams. Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Team Coordination and Leadership
Assemble and manage a project team, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to ensure successful project execution. Facilitate effective collaboration among cross-functional teams, including business analysts, configuration professionals, and technical staff
Risk Management and Problem Solving
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues and obstacles that may impact project progress. Implement problem-solving techniques to resolve conflicts and ensure project continuity.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and best practices in the criminal justice sector.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly advantageous.
Experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in the implementation of large-scale enterprise software solutions. Proven experience managing projects in the criminal justice sector or similar regulated environments. Demonstrated success in managing projects across multiple jurisdictions or complex organizational settings.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). Strong understanding of system implementation methodologies and best practices. Familiarity with offender management systems or similar enterprise solutions is desirable.
Soft Skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Languages
English proficiency. Portuguese, Spanish and French are desirable.
