Job Description
The Coordinator of the Organisation Design and Digital Transformation Portfolio at IPS Innovative Prison Systems will lead and manage projects aimed at transforming prison systems through innovative organizational design and the integration of digital technologies. This role requires a dynamic individual with a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and technical expertise in digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Oversee and coordinate multiple projects within the portfolio, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement strategies for organizational design and digital transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, technology partners, and prison administration, to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Innovation and Change Management
Drive innovation in prison systems through the adoption of new technologies and processes. Manage change effectively within the organization.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Quality Assurance
Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
Education
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation and organizational design. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a similar environment.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation and organizational design. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a similar environment.
Soft Skills
Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Languages
Proficiency in Portuguese and English. Knowledge of French and Spanish is an advantage.
Certifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred. Relevant certifications in digital transformation and change management are a plus.
