  • Assess your suitability for the role you applied for
  • Communicate with you throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain internal records of recruitment activities
  • Evaluate your profile against future vacancies (only if you provide consent)

3. What Data We Collect

The form collects the following personal data:

  • Identification and contact details (e.g. name, email, phone, address, country)
  • Language proficiency (self-declared level according to CEFR)
  • Documents and links (e.g. CV, cover letter, certificates, LinkedIn, portfolio)
  • Responses to motivation and experience questions
  • Consent regarding retention of data

We do not intentionally collect or process special categories of personal data (e.g. health, ethnic background, religious beliefs).
Please do not include such information in your application.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

The legal bases for processing your data are:

  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – Our legitimate interest in managing recruitment
  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – Your consent (for optional data and retention beyond the recruitment process)

5. Data Retention

  • If your application is unsuccessful and you do not consent to retention, your data will be deleted within 3 months after the recruitment process ends.
  • If you do consent, your data will be securely stored for up to 12 months for consideration for future opportunities.
  • If you are hired, your data will become part of your personnel file and retained in line with employment law.

6. Data Access and Sharing

Your data will be accessed only by authorised personnel involved in the recruitment process (HR staff and relevant hiring managers).
If we use any third-party recruitment platforms or tools, these are subject to appropriate data processing agreements under GDPR.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated data
  • Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
  • Object to data processing (where applicable)
  • Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

8. Automated Decision-Making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling in our recruitment process.
