Report: Private industries induction training
for inmates - Induction Courses Review

Home Resource STEP2LAB Report: Private industries induction training for inmates – Induction Courses Review

Description

The objective of the present report is to analyse the framework of how prison services and private organisations work together when setting up candidates to be introduced to specific industries. In creating this document, the consortium has undertaken research on how this is carried out in each partner country, as well as reviewed standardised and certified induction training courses, with integration into industry career paths, from VET-accredited partners.

By comparing each national approach to training and VET education, in addition to these existing certified induction course case studies, the consortium will have a greater functional understanding of the key processes for successfully creating their own induction course on computer-assisted drawing (CAD) for piloting within the project.
