Joana Grosso

Joana Grosso holds a degree in Management from the University of Beira Interior and a master’s in Human Resource Management and Organisational Consultancy from ISCTE Business School. With experience in HR analysis and recruitment, she has a strong foundation in administrative and organisational processes.

At IPS, she is part of the Administrative and Financial department, assisting with HR management, project reporting, travel coordination, and other administrative tasks.
