Senior Justice Consultants with experience in Project Management (PhD/MA)
To reinforce our team and support IPS Innovative Prison Systems’ growth, we are searching for two senior consultants, with experience in transnational project management in the criminal justice area, to operate from our office in Lisbon.
Preferred candidates should have:
- Hold a PhD or Master’s degree (we are looking for one candidate holding a PhD degree and another candidate with a MA degree) in Criminology, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Management, Economics, or other relevant scientific areas;
- Have at least five years of research and consulting experience in the criminal justice sector;
- Have at least two years of project management experience;
- Be fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory), French and Spanish (optional);
- Be available to travel in Portugal and, whenever possible, to the countries in which we operate (in Europe, North America and Latin America);
- Be proficient in the use of MS Office apps and statistical analysis tools;
- Be knowledgeable of the EU funding mechanisms in the areas of Education, Justice and Home Affairs;
