Beatriz Filipe

Beatriz Filipe holds a bachelor’s in International Relations from ISCSP and is finalising a master’s in Strategy. Her academic and professional trajectory has revolved on security and defence, with a particular focus on disinformation and prevention of violent extremism.

Beatriz worked as a Policy Analyst at GDG Inspire, conducting research for high-level reports and EU-funded projects. She has gained experience in governmental and international policy settings, supporting research and analysis on disarmament, non-proliferation and security cooperation.

At IPS, Beatriz is a Junior Researcher & Consultant at the Unit for Communitarian Inclusion and Social Development of the Radicalisation, Violent Extremism and Organised Crime Portfolio.
