Susana Amaral

Susana Amaral holds a degree in Education, a master’s degree in Psychology and a postgraduate course in Business Management. Susana is skilled in quality management, continuous improvement tools, lean management, project management, agile and creative thinking.

She has worked on different innovation and research projects and advised dozens of companies in defining planning methodologies and strategies associated with business and organisational management, seeking to optimise available resources, opportunities for innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Susana holds Business Development Management, Quality Management, Team Leader, and Project Management functions as part of the existing strategic joint-venture between IPS Innovative Prison System and iTech-ON for digital transformation in corrections in the framework of the HORUS iOMS 360 consortia.
