Seeking to improve the transition process between prison and probation systems and the community for those at risk of radicalisation.
On the 21st & 22nd January 2020 INTEGRA’s 5th Project Meeting was held at KEMEA Center for Security Studies headquarters in Athens, Greece.
Besides the host organisation and IPS_Innovative Prison Systems, representatives from the University of Toulouse Jean Jaurès (France) and ICPA International Corrections and Prisons Association (The Netherlands) attended the meeting, while the CSD Center for the Study of Democracy (Bulgaria) joined via-Skype.
It was a fruitful occasion for partners to review Output’s implementation progress, revise deadlines and activity leaders, as well to review some administrative and financial issues.
This event also comprised a visit to the Korydallos prison (and meeting with the Director explaining INTEGRA’s training approach and main goals), the largest one in Greece.
Various events on this project will take place until August 2020 in Lisbon, Sofia, Athens and Toulouse.
