The meeting covered the challenges in implementing risk assessment tools in prison and probation settings.
The Radicalisation Awareness Network’s Prison and Probation Group met in Brussels on the 9th and 10th July 2018. Participants discussed the state of play of the assessment tools, which are currently being used, throughout European Union, and how they are implemented.
Mr. Pedro das Neves participated in the meeting on behalf of IPS_Innovative Prison Systems and the R2Pris consortia and presented the “R2Pris Multilevel in-prison radicalisation prevention programme and tools“.
This meeting has gathered prison and probation practitioners who use assessment tools, as well as experts in assessment tools.
