PPROMPT – Peer Pro-Social Modeling in Probation comes to an end

The event aimed at promoting the project and engaging both the European and the national key-stakeholders and experts.

On the 6th and 7th November partners from Turkey, Portugal and Romania gathered in Ankara for the closing ceremony of PPROMPT – Peer Pro-Social Modeling in Probation. PPROMPT aimed to structure a peer pro-social modeling approach in probation systems, enhancing the competences for both management and probation experts to address the offenders’ needs.

The work developed within the project was the main focus of this ceremony where other renowned attendees such as: The Director of Ankara Denetimli Serbestlik Müdürlügü, Yılmaz Çiftci, Deputy General Managers Namık Kemal Varol and Hasan Akceviz and the Head of Probation Department Burak Ceyhan.

The project was promoted by Ankara Denetimli Serbestlik Müdürlügü, Turkey (Ankara Probation Directorate, General Directorate of Prisons and Detention Houses).
