José Machado dos Santos has a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Beira Interior. He is experienced in news and content writing, marketing, and customer relations.

At IPS, José is a member of the Partnership Liaison & Communications team where he contributes to increasing the visibility of all projects the company is involved in and helping grow its platforms to their full potential.
