International Judicial Cooperation Project Portfolio Coordinator

At IPS Innovative Prison Systems, we are looking to reinforce our International Judicial Cooperation Projects Portfolio (in Portugal).

Candidates should hold a law, criminology or international relations degree/political science and a master’s degree or postgraduate degree in European Studies with a strong component in European Law (or an LLM) and have experience in the field of international judicial cooperation.

Experience in project management and a good understanding of European Union programmes for Judicial Cooperation is required. Furthermore, fluency in English and knowledge of the most common MS Office tools are necessary.

At IPS, you will:

  • Design and develop International Judicial Cooperation transnational projects;
  • Design and develop policy recommendations and training materials;
  • Coordinate and participate in transnational project meetings;
  • Lead the International Judicial Cooperation portfolio team;
  • Be part of the IPS coordination team.
