International Judicial Cooperation and Human Rights Project Portfolio Coordinator
At IPS Innovative Prison Systems, we are looking to reinforce our International Judicial Cooperation and Human Rights Projects Portfolio (in Portugal).
Candidates should hold a law, criminology or international relations degree/political science and a master’s degree or postgraduate degree in European Studies with a strong component in European Law (or an LLM) and have experience in the field of international judicial cooperation and Human Rights (e.g., good knowledge of the EU Framework Decisions that facilitate judicial cooperation between Member-state).
Experience in project management and a good understanding of European Union programmes for Judicial Cooperation and Human Rights is required. Furthermore, fluency in English and knowledge of the most common MS Office tools are necessary.
At IPS, you will:
- Design and develop International Judicial Cooperation and Human Rights transnational projects;
- Design and develop policy recommendations and training materials;
- Coordinate and participate in transnational project meetings;
- Lead the International Judicial Cooperation and Human Rights portfolio team;
- Be part of the IPS coordination team.
