International Judicial Cooperation and Human Rights

Our team works on procedural rights and International Judicial cooperation by developing research on EU criminal justice Directives, Framework Decisions and mutual recognition instruments, specifically in harmonising practices among the Member States.

Moreover, we aim to provide solutions through adequate research and stakeholder consultancy methods, advocacy and capacity building approaches and dialogue-promoting workshops.
